The goal behind this album is to showcase the incredible and diverse musical talent thriving today in Kathmandu, Nepal. All tracks were either recorded at KJC or on location in Kathmandu in August of 2011. The album includes music by Kutumba, 1974 AD, Subani Moktan, Mukti, URjazz, Mayo and Ashesh, Anonymous Who (Yama Buda, Aid Ray and Nishant) and Vajra.

A portion of the proceeds of the album will go towards a music scholarship at the Kathmandu Jazz Conservatory and support the ongoing construction of Jyotidaya Cooperative School in Chapaguan, Nepal.
